Mansfield Frazier

An Urban Pioneer

A relentless advocate for the formerly incarcerated, at-risk individual,  and Cleveland’s Ward  7 neighborhood.  Writer, witty, lifelong learner, teacher, with a booming voice; passionate about life and dedicated to family, friends and community.

He never said anymore about it even after I told him I had it and printed it out for him.

I think this series of articles was his answer to the election questions and elections were not on his mind. Read Part 1 here after …Father’s Day Tribute, 78 Years…

But he does not leave us there. He offers reasoned solutions to the problems accounting for our seemingly unstoppable spiral toward inner-city anarchy. Read More
